Job Description

  • Profile – Travel desk and admin executive
  • Qualification – Any graduate
  • Joining – Immediate or within 10 days
  • Monday to Saturday, 9-6 Monday to Friday and 9-3 Saturdays
  • Location Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

  • Admin:
  •  Ordering and maintaining stock (pantry, stationary, first aid, etc)
  • Maintenance of office (ac servicing, checking fire extinguisher, plumbing, etc)
  • Supervising hk staff, coordinating with hk agency.
  • Checking ASM’s vouchers and bills, print all the documents, arranging the documents date wise and sharing it with accounts team, resolving queries if any.
  • Arranging snacks and food items, bouquets for clients.
  • Wefast couriers.
  • Birthday announcements
  • Ordering cakes, food and beverages for birthdays and other occasions.
  • Coordinating with HR on Planning engagement and executing.
  • Adding employees in biometric machine (Essl).
  • Travel Desk:
  • Domestic Travels
  • Booking flights, trains, hotels, cars, for asm’s, clients and management members post receiving approval on email. Bookings through MMT and IRCTC.
  • Sharing booking details with various options to the traveling person, once approved proceed for payment with accounts teams (only bank details).
  • Maintaining logs in excel for all the traveling details.
  •  International Travels
  • Booking flights and hotels for asm’s, management members post receiving approval on email.
  • Share the travel details with the agencies to get options and compare, share it with Pinky maam for further approval, if rates changed then again repeat the process.
  • Preparing visa documents as per details shared by agency as per asm’s.
  • Booking hotels for international clients in India.
