Manage end-to-end export sales—from RFQ to product delivery
Act as a single point of contact for international customers
Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, NPD, Operations, Quality, Logistics)
Participate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams
Prepare and manage technical documentation in line with international regulations
Handle NPD & PPAP processes effectively
Create and submit RFQs and technical/commercial proposals
Finalize prices and lead customer negotiations
Track development projects and provide regular updates
Manage customer quality complaints (CQC) and submit CAPA reports
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Promote product awareness through campaigns and technical sessions
Introduce new products and technologies to customers
Manage commercial activities like payment follow-ups and issue resolutions
Analyze market trends and provide periodic reports to management
Review and support product-related field issues
Maintain and enhance customer relationships
Monitor KPIs: Sales, OTIF (On Time In Full), and PPMs
