Job Description
- We are looking for Technical Lead (FuSa) - Platform with 8 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum | Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune Locations.
- Key Skills : ISO 26262, IVI/ADAS, Linux kernel, DMA operation, DSP, Embedded Linux

- In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel and driver customization, integration, development, and optimization for ARM-based IVI/ADAS systems.
- Experience in Controller IP management, DMA operation, and device tree customization.
- Understanding of functional safety requirements for software development and how they apply to platform components.
- Familiarity with AI models and DSP-based application development for performance.
- Proficiency in Embedded Linux, C/C++, Python, and Shell scripting with a strong understanding of MISRA coding standards.
- Experience with the Linux working environment for ARM processors using the GNU toolchain, debugging using GDB, optimization using GNU tools, and building using Yocto.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and fine-tune the existing design for performance and functional safety requirements.
- Prepare the architecture and implement/port the platform components (embedded Linux kernel, device drivers, module firmware) from one generation of MCU to the next generation of the MCU and verify on simulator/target.
- Lead a team of platform developers working on Linux-based IVI/ADAS systems.
- Ensure that the AI Accelerated Driver and DSP Driver of the IVI/ADAS platform adhere to ASIL requirements, including rigorous safety analyses, risk assessments, and compliance with ISO 26262 standards.
- Guide the team to implement, test, and integrate requirements.
- Implement and oversee testing to validate functional, performance, and safety compliance.
- Set technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the team.
- Promote and enforce best practices for safety-critical software development and integration.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, be flexible with work timings, and attend and contribute to technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, safety experts, and QA, to ensure ASIL compliance and address safety-related issues specific to IVI/ADAS systems.
- Review code, design, and other deliverables to ensure quality.
- Capture key work parameters (Productivity & Schedule) and prepare a report after phase completion.
