Manage staff, teams, and matrix resources to meet service delivery SLAs.
Plan and manage projects supporting Enterprise areas.
Facilitate discussions and consensus among various stakeholders.
Maintain and manage business relationships with clients and business partner organizations.
Ensure corporate application availability and delivery meet or exceed negotiated SLAs and objectives.
Achieve positive trends in customer satisfaction results.
Manage Delivery Management objectives in Onshore and Offshore Models for multiple clients globally.
Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators for actionable improvements.
Job Responsibilities
Strong technical experience in Web and open-source projects.
Deep understanding of SDLC and Architecture.

Experience in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
