Job Description

  • Enforce quality and customer service standards, analyze and resolve related issues, identify trends, and recommend system improvements.
  • Provide leadership, organizational structure, and resource management for multiple Engineering teams.
  • Offer technical leadership and innovation across all technology development aspects.
  • Support and mentor technical team leads, including talent and succession planning.
  • Lead and manage technical delivery resources, ensuring timely and within-budget project deliverables.
  • Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and audit leadership promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to technology standards while developing systems.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define and ensure completeness and accuracy of system/technical requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between business, clients, staff, and engineering teams.
  • Manage staff, teams, and matrix resources to meet service delivery SLAs.
  • Plan and manage projects supporting Enterprise areas.
  • Facilitate discussions and consensus among various stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage business relationships with clients and business partner organizations.
  • Ensure corporate application availability and delivery meet or exceed negotiated SLAs and objectives.
  • Achieve positive trends in customer satisfaction results.
  • Manage Delivery Management objectives in Onshore and Offshore Models for multiple clients globally.
  • Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators for actionable improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strong technical experience in Web and open-source projects.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
  • Collaborate with Architects and TLs, providing inputs and guidance on best practices and architecture.
  • Organizational skills with flexibility to work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and Initiatives simultaneously.
  • Identify skills gap and provide necessary Training for Teams.
  • Lead projects from inception to production rollout and support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and leadership skills managing large cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise applications and engineering technology stacks.
