Architecture and Design:
Lead the design and architecture of Oracle NetSuite solutions to meet the company's business needs and processes
Develop high-level design documents and architecture strategies, including integration plans, data migration, and custom development
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the NetSuite environment
Implementation and Customization:
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite modules, including configuration, customization, and testing
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop custom scripts, workflows, and reports using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to enhance NetSuite functionality
Project Management:
Lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts, to ensure project success
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget
Integration and Data Migration:
Design and implement integration solutions between NetSuite and other systems (CRM, ERP, eCommerce, etc.)
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Use middleware and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
Manage system upgrades, patches, and releases to keep NetSuite up to date with the latest features and enhancements
Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users and technical teams
Strategy and Advisory:
Advise the organization on NetSuite best practices and industry trends
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using NetSuite features and capabilities
Stay updated on the latest NetSuite developments, modules, and third-party solutions
