Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentored a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of Zephyr RTOS porting and application development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Guide and train new team members in Zephyr OS.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
