Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience in designing and building microservices-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems design principles.
- Working experience in implementing one of the messaging queues for asynchronous communication.
- Experience with one of the cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in production environments.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through efficient coding practices, caching mechanisms, and load-balancing techniques.
- Integrate messaging queues (e. g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) to facilitate asynchronous communication between microservices.
- Ensure code quality, test coverage, and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and continuous integration practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in backend development and apply them to improve our systems.
