Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of core Java concepts and object-oriented design principles.
- Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with web application development, including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Must be good into DSA and distributed system
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Java development.
