Job Role: Sr.Full-stack Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges.
• Set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines for the team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using MERN Stack and React Native.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
