Job Description
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and build complex software systems.
- Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, ideally in domains such as Automotive, Avionics, or Consumer Electronics.
- Proficiency in project estimation techniques for budget and schedule.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous scenarios or those with conflicting priorities.
- Strong understanding of project scopes, timelines, and budget parameters.
- Experience in guiding projects through milestones such as kickoff, intermediate checkpoints, and final approval.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including PM, UX, Development, and V&V.
- Familiarity with tracking and managing compliance and technical documentation activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee software projects from inception to completion, collaborating with Product Management, UX, Development, and Validation teams.
- Resolve dependencies and communication issues across various stakeholders.
- Monitor project status and budget, implementing risk mitigation plans for schedule and budget deviations.
- Drive multi-disciplinary projects involving different technology stacks, including Hardware (Mechanical and Electronics) and Software (Embedded and Cloud).
- Ensure adherence to quality, process, and schedule KPIs in collaboration with development leads.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Manage activities related to compliance and technical documentation.
- Conduct post-release activities to monitor feedback from end users and drive continuous improvements.
