Job Description

  • Demonstrable expertise in Python or Ruby, with experience in any web frameworks as a plus(at least 2 years of work experience or university projects)
  • B.Tech or B.E in Computer Science and Engineering.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a software engineering, customer success, or technical support role.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical background and the ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies
  • Strong knowledge of working with APIs, and SDKs and proven experience with building solutions using APIs
  • Development experience with any of Python/C/Java/Go or any language is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and ensure the successful implementation of Zenduty.
  • Help customers build on top of the Zenduty API.
  • Debug customer issues and work with the product team on customer feedback
  • Design and development of software modules and business process logic.
  • Drive improvements to software engineering practices.
  • Write clean, well-tested code.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
  • Provide feedback to product design and development teams
  • Maintain thorough product and API documentation
  • Should be willing to do a night shift from 10 pm to 5 am IST in rotation
