- Software Developer - Backend Lead Position
- We are excited to announce an opening for a Software Developer - Backend Lead at our Bengaluru office. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for backend development and leadership, possessing between 4-8 years of experience in the field. As a Backend Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions using Gen AI technologies, with OLAP as a valuable secondary skill set.
- Proven expertise in backend development with a strong grasp on Gen AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of OLAP systems and their application in business intelligence.
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net or similar.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Adept at working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Secondary Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project management.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems using Gen AI technologies.
