Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 14 years of experience in IT with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management processes and compliance                      
  • Continuous monitoring of for IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software, Cloud) across enterprise and driving/enabling compliance by following the processes/escalation model defined by the organization
  • Drive the enterprise towards compliance with excellent and impactful communication
  • Empathizing with end users to understand the problem statement and resolve conflicts
  • Proactively formulating solutions to business and end user problems
  • Creating in-depth reports and presentations on a business’s processes
  • Organize, host workshops and end user presentations
  • Working closely with key customers to keep them updated on process changes designed to improve service
  • Establishing communication networks with other consultants and stakeholders 
  • Studying new and potential trends within an industry
  • Discovering new opportunities and improvement area for the application
  • Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
  • Train users on Enterprise Asset Management topics when required
  • Revise existing systems and suggest improvements along with the Enterprise architects
  • Create and publish reports periodically on IT Asset Management Governance
  • Primary Skills
