•  4-6 years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow FSM Modules
• Hands on experience on various IT Services modules of ServiceNow viz. Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, Release, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services. 
• Must Have - High proficiency in  developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items,
• Must Have -Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts, Angular JS.
• Must Have -Scripting and integration knowledge
• Must Have -Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod 
• Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:
• CIS – ITSM Implementation
• Must Have -Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.
• Must Have - Good understanding and hands-on experience in CMDB, Discovery and Event Management Concepts and their integrations with ITSM modules
• Handson experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools
•  Must Have - Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow

• The ServiceNow FSM consultant should have experience on designing solutions for FSM Module. Should also have expertise is building solutions for 3rd party interfaces with ServiceNow. 
• Responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements
• Provides expertise in technical knowledge, methodology and framework, data integration and data flows, ServiceNow Architecture, and software development and coding.
