We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and services to meet the business needs of our organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other relevant web technologies.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced Modules:
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, HR Service Delivery, or other advanced modules.
Database Knowledge:
Knowledge of database technologies and SQL.
ServiceNow Maintenance:
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning.
Job Responsibilities
Design and Development:
Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and other modules.
Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Develop and maintain workflows, forms, scripts, and business rules to automate processes and improve system efficiency.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Work closely with other developers, administrators, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
Integration and Support:
Perform system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.
Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and solutions to ensure they are operating effectively.
Documentation and Best Practices:
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and procedures.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in software development.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and best practices.
