- 4+ years in a technical lead role preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS & PaaS
- Experience in AWS or Azure (priority AWS)
- Deep understanding of public/private/hybrid cloud solutions
- Azure Cloud Readiness Assessments
- Evaluating data center and digital strategies
- Cloud service maps, TCO analysis, security considerations
- Developing project plans, solution architectures, deployment strategies for Azure
- Azure deployment, migrations, and lift/shifts
- Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Cloud security principles
- Web application firewalls, SIEM, EDR, Identity management & SSO
- Hosting large workloads in Azure IaaS
- Virtualization concepts (on-premise & cloud)
- Networking concepts (IP's, LAN, WAN, Subnets, Vnets)
- Network topology (switches, firewalls)
- WAN technologies (IPSEC VPN, Express Route, SDWAN, MPLS)
- Azure PaaS services (web sites, SQL Azure, storage, service bus, etc.)
- Designing & implementing AVD workloads
- Security requirements for cloud (IAM, WAFs, data protection)
- Highly available, DR solutions in Azure
- Azure Backup/recovery & Site Recovery
- Enterprise cloud strategy
- Automation solutions (Azure Resource Manager, PowerShell, Terraform)
- IAM services (Active Directory, Entra ID)

- Additional certifications preferred: MCSA, CCNA, VCP, PCNSA, AWS, GCP, PMP, PRINCE2
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in implementing Azure PaaS services like web sites, web/worker roles, SQL Azure database, storage, service bus, Web Jobs, cloud services, Remote Apps etc.
- Experience in designing & implementing AVD workloads for customers.
- Experience and understanding of security requirements for cloud like IAM, Web Application Firewalls, Data protection etc.
- Experience in defining highly available, DR solutions in Azure.
- Should have experience in handling Azure Backup/recovery & Site Recovery situations.
- Experience in defining cloud strategy for enterprise.
- Experience in automation solutions using Azure Resource Manager, PowerShell & Terraform etc.
- Understand IAM services like Active Directory & Entra ID.
