Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in pharma sales and team management, with the ability to deliver sustained business growth.


Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years in the pharmaceutical field
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of pharma distribution channels and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Flexible to travel as required

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team to meet revenue targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and territory plans
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts, doctors, and institutions
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Forecast sales trends and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for market penetration
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements
