Job Description
- Primarily a sales guy who was into hardcore sales but now has shifted to managerial role.
- We are seeking a position of Senior Operations Manager for a full-time on-site role located in Vasant Vihar.
- The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.
- He should be able to make and maintain a personal link with the principals as well as the customers, planning and managing production schedules with the principals and managing customer relationship.
- The Senior Operations Manager will also be expected to support and coordinate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance.
- Should have the ability to multitask and work under pressure cooker situations.
- Proactive, hands-on and brisk and accurate in problem solving.
- Can be from the tyre industry but currently should be in a managerial role
Job Responsibilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Experience in the tyre or automotive sector is highly preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
