Job Description

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
  • Expertise in financial statement preparation as per Ind AS and Indian GAAP.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, tax laws, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in preparing reconciliation statements and MIS reports.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in audit management, internal controls, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain control over all accounting systems to ensure accurate financial data processing.
  • Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow) as per Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of various Management Information System (MIS) reports to assist in business planning.
  • Reconciliation & Analysis:
  • Prepare and review various reconciliation statements, including:
  • Inventory
  • Vendor and Customer Account Reconciliations
  • GST and Tax Reconciliation
  • Intercompany Reconciliations
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial reports.
  • Statutory Compliance & Taxation:
  • Ensure timely adherence to statutory compliances (GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Implement new tax laws and integrate changes into accounting systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide necessary data for audit and scrutiny.
  • Ind AS Implementation & Compliance:
  • Ensure the company's financial statements comply with Ind AS and other regulatory requirements.
  • Keep updated with recent Ind AS amendments and changes and apply them effectively.
  • Assist in the transition and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Audit & Internal Controls:
  • Develop and implement an internal audit program to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage internal, statutory, and tax audits.
  • Process Automation & ERP Management:
  • Leverage ERP systems to automate accounting processes for efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Ind AS-compliant financial reporting within ERP.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Mentor and guide the accounts team, resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure team development and continuous improvement in accounting, Ind AS compliance, and MIS reporting.
  • Regulatory Updates & Compliance Management:
  • Stay updated on the latest Ind AS changes, tax amendments, and financial regulations.
  • Ensure proper application of accounting standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting.
