Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Assume full responsibility for project execution, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
  • Establish and adhere to project execution and delivery processes.
  • Motivate the team to adopt agile methodology and provide technical guidance.
  • Lead project planning, design, implementation, and delivery discussions.
  • Define architecture, discuss with the team, and involve them in brainstorming sessions.
  • Coordinate architecture reviews with other team leads.
  • Collaborate with clients and counterparts in the US for project execution.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and issues.
  • Liaise with management for smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Willingness to travel to Pune as needed.
