Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
  • Should be with 10 to 15 years of overall experience into IT.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in a salesforce development, Implementation and Administration.
  • 4+ years of proven leadership experience with leading a team of Salesforce Developers
  • 4+ years of experience developing for Lightning App Builder, Aura Lightning Components, and hands-on experience on LWC.
  • Experience with Eclipse IDE, Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, API, SOAP, process builder and VF flow.
  • Working knowledge in SDLC process, Agile Scrum Methodology, and version control software like GIT, Jenkins, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations such as with API Management tools (e.g., MuleSoft), Salesforce Canvas, Connected Apps, outbound messaging, Salesforce Events, and Apex callouts
  • Demonstrated experience with automated testing development including browser-based testing using Selenium, Provar, Copado, Accelq.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and support client engagements effectively, managing project scope, schedule, and overall quality of delivery from technical perspective
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
  • Build integration components to transition data from local systems
  • Communicate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on Salesforce development methodologies, deliverables
  • Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
  • Exercise best in class process control and effectively apply Agile/Scrum methodology to drive system development.
  • Perform viable solution assessment, providing industry best practices to clients
  • Additional Preferences or certifications
  • Salesforce Certification on Advanced development and Application/technical architect will add value to the role.
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
  • Experience with Pardot form/template development and integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Product/Price book configuration experience
