Job Description & Responsibilities

Lead and support client engagements effectively, managing project scope, schedule, and overall quality of delivery from technical perspective
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals
Build integration components to transition data from local systems
Communicate with project managers, internal stakeholders, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on Salesforce development methodologies, deliverables
Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
Exercise best in class process control and effectively apply Agile/Scrum methodology to drive system development.
Perform viable solution assessment, providing industry best practices to clients
Additional Preferences or certifications
Salesforce Certification on Advanced development and Application/technical architect will add value to the role.
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
Experience with Pardot form/template development and integration.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Product/Price book configuration experience
