- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Github Actions.
- Experience in web application development and a strong advocate for best practices like pairing, test-driven development (TDD), and story writing.
- Willingness to engage in full-stack development, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
- Excellent consulting skills and adept at managing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting both individual and team growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing backend components using Java/Spring Boot.
- Leveraging AWS services such as ECS, IAM, Cloudwatch, S3 and Lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.
- Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration.
- Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Contributing to web application development, adhering to best practices like pairing, TDD, and story writing.
- Participating in full stack development, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions leadership within the team, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exploring and potentially implementing additional technologies like AWS SES, MongoDB, React JS, and Kafka as needed, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
