Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive – HR & Admin

Location: HO – Bandra (Male)

Reporting to: Head – HR & Admin

Experience: 7+ years in HR & Admin

Age Limit: Up to 35 years

Qualification: Graduate + Diploma in HR

Salary: Up to ₹4.80 LPA

Preferred Candidates: Residing in Western Suburbs or Central (up to Thane)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle – from joining to exit formalities.
  • Operate PF/ESI/LWF portals efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, and Minimum Wages Acts.
  • Process online payments for PF/ESI/LWF and generate challans.
  • Generate UAN, ESI numbers, verify KYC, and approve in portals.
  • Handle payroll processing in Spine Payroll (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prepare HR and payroll-related MIS reports.
  • Draft and manage HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.).
  • Coordinate with consultants for PF and ESI monthly challans.
  • Manage employee insurance (addition, deletion, and claims).
  • Oversee renewals of EC & Mediclaim policies and assist staff with claims.
  • Maintain employee personal files (150-200 employees).
  • Ensure statutory compliance and record maintenance.
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee database.
  • Handle employee grievances and coordinate with branches.


Admin Responsibilities:

  • Arrange office stationery and coordinate with vendors.
  • Organize ID cards and visiting cards for new employees.
  • Track and process monthly admin invoices and follow up with finance.
  • Manage vendor payments for admin-related expenses.
