Collaborate with client developer teams to integrate CJ's proprietary marketing technology, ensuring seamless communication between platforms.
Utilise expertise in web development to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the integration process and after.
Client-Facing Role :
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the integration process.
Able to clearly communicate action items externally and impact of those action items.
Tag Management in Ecommerce Platforms :
Proficiency in tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) to troubleshoot and investigate integration anomalies.
Web Development :
Apply knowledge of frontend web technologies (Javascript, HTML) to troubleshoot and optimize CJ solutions that align with business objectives.
Cross-Team Collaboration :
Collaborate with specialised teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to drive product improvements and resolve web tag issues.
Explain technical concepts and functionality to an audience with mixed degrees of expertise and experience.
Big Data Querying and Reporting :
Proficiency in querying and manipulating large datasets to extract relevant information for reporting and analysis (SQL).
Privacy Regulations and Compliance :
Understand how marketing technology is impacted by privacy regulations, browser privacy settings, and consent management platforms.
Ensure that all marketing activities and data handling are in compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
Stay on top of industry news and follow industry influencers, report and advise on future trends.
Monitoring and Error Remediation :
Monitor reports for unusual findings and proactively investigate discrepancies.
Work closely with clients to remedy errors related to proprietary third-party technology integrations.
