Job Description

  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and defining requirements for Salesforce Sales and Marketing implementations.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, Sales and Marketing processes, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and IT to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities
  • Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop data models, mockups, and prototypes to validate requirements and design.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions.
