Handling VIP user query/issue on shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.
Setting up access for new users.
Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)
• Coordinating between key stakeholders, Development(L3) and other support team
Job Responsibilities
Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppexpert
Must have IT background
Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop/laptop), Networking or floor support type of role.
Experience in providing Level 1/2 application support (complex workflow)
Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English
