  • Minimum Qualifications
  •   B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent 
  •   Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  •   Handling VIP user query/issue on shared mailbox or ServiceNow tool (planned) and providing on-time resolution.
  •   Setting up access for new users.
  •   Testing few scenarios on lower env. of application (Dev/Sandbox/Training)
  • •  Coordinating between key stakeholders, Development(L3) and other support team

Job Responsibilities

  • Experience/knowledge of ServiceNow basics (Incident management)
  •   Good knowledge of MS Excel and Ppexpert
  •   Must have IT background
  •   Should NOT be from Hardware(Desktop/laptop), Networking or floor support type of role.
  •   Experience in providing Level 1/2 application support (complex workflow)
  •   Clear communication style and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders both orally and written in excellent English
