Job Responsibilities
- Proficient in utilizing modern JavaScript-based testing frameworks, particularly Cypress and Playwright, to develop robust automated test scripts and frameworks for validating software product functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software product functionality, reliability, performance, and quality.
- Work closely with the development team to integrate automated tests with the development lifecycle. Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, collaborating with software developers to ensure defects are understood and addressed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and procedures, including test plan development and code reviews. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
- Evaluate product code according to specifications.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- PILOT TECH - SDET 2 Help troubleshoot issues and work with the team to identify solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
