Experience in implementing and maintaining Payroll modules and Time Management - (mandatory).

Knowledge of SAP SF (Success Factors); EC (Employee Central) and ECP (Employee Central Payroll) - (differentiate).
Global understanding of SAP HR modules integration with other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), and third-party systems/applications - (differentiate).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA HR functionalities - (differentiate).
Knowledge of SAP Security Concepts and Authorization management within SAP, ensuring secure access to HR data - (differentiate).
Familiarity with SAP Data Migration tools and processes to ensure smooth transitions and data consistency during system upgrades or implementations - (differentiate).
Ability to design and implement workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals - (differentiate).
Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Solution that integrates with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of this module benefits HR reporting and analytics - (differentiate).
