Job Description
- SAP Batch Scheduling:
- Create, schedule, and monitor SAP batch jobs to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand job requirements and dependencies.
Job Responsibilities
- EBS (Stonebranch) or Redwood Expertise:
- Utilize EBS (Stonebranch) or Redwood to set up, manage, and automate batch job workflows.
- Configure and optimize job schedules for efficiency and resource utilization.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor batch job execution, identify issues, and proactively address any disruptions.
- Investigate and resolve job failures, ensuring minimal impact on business processes.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed documentation of batch job schedules, dependencies, and configurations.
- Update documentation to reflect changes in job requirements or schedules.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with SAP administrators, developers, and business users to understand job requirements and priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of batch processes with overall business operations.
- Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP batch scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with EBS (Stonebranch) or Redwood for job scheduling and automation.
- Certifications (Desirable):
- SAP certification in relevant modules.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP batch processing.
- Strong understanding of EBS (Stonebranch) or Redwood tools for job scheduling.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to batch job execution.
