We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in OmniStudio components and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in JavaScript, Java, Apex, and modern Salesforce technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and integration methodologies.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain OmniStudio components including Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, and Vlocity Industry Data Models.
- Deploy and customize OmniStudio/Salesforce Industries solutions to meet business requirements.
- Utilize native configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Implement and optimize custom JavaScript and Java-based functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Apply broad knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance customer and user experiences.
- Develop and manage integrations using REST and SOAP web services, handling JSON and XML data formats.
- Collaborate with external systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Work with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant to automate and streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Implement best practices for version control, code review, and deployment strategies.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of key industry-specific processes (e. g., rate quoting, underwriting, enrollments) to tailor Salesforce solutions that address unique business needs.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform Developer.
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OmniStudio components (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, Vlocity Industry Data Models, etc. ).
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development using native configuration, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Proven experience with integration technologies and web services, including REST and SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, such as Git, Jenkins, and Ant.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying OmniStudio/Salesforce Industries solutions.
Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript and Java programming languages.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional Salesforce products and features.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in specific industries relevant to the company's business.
