Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
Strong understanding of international shipping, import/export processes, and freight forwarding logistics.
Proven experience in managing relationships with external partners such as shippers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and sales trends.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong relationship management abilities with key stakeholders
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales/marketing tools.
