• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Contribute to the development of software architecture and design decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in web development.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders in an agile development environment.

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer, with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and the Rails framework.
