Ruby on Rails (RoR) Developer | Remote | 3+ yrs

• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer, with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and the Rails framework.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have:

• Experience with other web frameworks and programming languages.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contribution to open-source Ruby on Rails projects.
