Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and successfully closing real estate transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Job Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage new clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.

Property Showings & Consultations: Conduct property showings and tours, and consult with clients to understand their needs, financial capabilities, and preferences to propose suitable solutions.

Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis to help clients determine competitive prices for buying or selling properties. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and prices. Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements, to ensure a smooth transaction.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Marketing: Effectively market properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, open houses, and advertisements.

Administrative Duties: Maintain and update property listings and client databases (CRM). Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
