  • Experience : 1-3 Years
  • Location : Bangalore
  • Working days : 5 Days work from office only
  • We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies. As a Manual and Automation Tester at [Company Name], you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • environment.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing are a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify failures and defects.
  • Report defects and track their resolution through to closure.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
