Job Description

  • Responsible for the safeguard of his/her code base, conduct unit and integration testing, provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments   
  • Create business cases for potential development projects, employing cost and benefit analysis techniques where appropriate
  • Analyzing and documenting business requirements and data specifications
  • Creating reports with QlikView and printing
  • Motivated self starter team player who is organized and methodical
  • Good database skills in either DB2 or Oracle
  • Good data analysis, presentation and visualization using BI Tools
  • Performance tuning of queries and report calculations
  • Knowledge of best practice BI architectures
  • Periodic out of hours support is part of your responsibility, particularly around software releases, major infrastructure changes and support calls

Job Responsibilities

  • ETL scripting
  • Responsible for end to end design and development of Qlikview based reporting applications
  • Build reports in Qlikview, initiated by business' reporting needs
  • Clear documentation of Qlikview data design and mappings
  • Manage day to day operations of Qlikview system along with development
  • Perform Qlikview upgrades and new installation, hence should have good familiarity with Qlikview Publisher and QMC
