Job Description
- Responsible for the safeguard of his/her code base, conduct unit and integration testing, provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments
- Create business cases for potential development projects, employing cost and benefit analysis techniques where appropriate
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements and data specifications
- Creating reports with QlikView and printing
- Motivated self starter team player who is organized and methodical
- Good database skills in either DB2 or Oracle
- Good data analysis, presentation and visualization using BI Tools
- Performance tuning of queries and report calculations
- Knowledge of best practice BI architectures
- Periodic out of hours support is part of your responsibility, particularly around software releases, major infrastructure changes and support calls
Job Responsibilities
- ETL scripting
- Responsible for end to end design and development of Qlikview based reporting applications
- Build reports in Qlikview, initiated by business' reporting needs
- Clear documentation of Qlikview data design and mappings
- Manage day to day operations of Qlikview system along with development
- Perform Qlikview upgrades and new installation, hence should have good familiarity with Qlikview Publisher and QMC
