Robust problem-solving skills; experience in decision analytics.
Should be able to work independently on a problem and be able to meet client requirements with minimal or no supervision.
Good communication skills for client engagement
Exhibit a high degree of curiosity
Application development
Preferred :
AWS Cloud experience preferred but not necessary.
Preferably have experience in financial model building.
Experience of tensor libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow and other python APIs preferred.
Data Management Skillsets :
Ability to understand data in line with business use cases and requirements to identify patterns, data quality gaps, data lineage, etc.
Strong ability to translate functional specifications / requirements to technical requirements.
Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
5-8 years experience in application development and automation, preferably in Life Insurance but not mandatory
