Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to spearhead CRM implementation projects involving vTiger and Sugar CRMs as part of our company's comprehensive digital transformation initiatives for our valued customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of CRM solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM implementation, with a focus on vTiger and Sugar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex CRM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, customization, and configuration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resources required for successful CRM implementations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to ensure project progress aligns with established objectives.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in vTiger and Sugar CRM platforms, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, advising clients on how to leverage CRM solutions to achieve their digital transformation goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM implementation professionals, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that all CRM solutions meet or exceed established standards and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of CRM implementations to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Documentation and Generate detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Compile comprehensive reports summarizing project outcomes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
