Job Description

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team at Cream Stone.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate payroll records.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of payroll processes and statutory regulations.Key Responsibilities



  • Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum [2 -5] years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other labor laws.
  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with the finance team for disbursements.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and ensure accuracy in tax calculations and deductions.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation related to payroll.
  • Work closely with the HR department to ensure smooth payroll operations and policy implementations.
  • Keep up to date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
