We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Payroll, with a minimum of 5–6 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Payroll modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–6 years of solid experience as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Payroll.
• Proven experience in Payroll configuration, processing, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud or EBS Payroll architecture and workflows.
• Familiarity with local statutory and compliance requirements for payroll (India or global).
• Experience in Payroll interfaces and reports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of Core HR and Time & Labor modules.
• Oracle Certification(s) in Payroll will be an advantage.
