Job Responsibilities

  • Minimum 4+ Years of Implementation experience in OTL, Global Payroll.
  • Implementation experience in Compensation, Talent or Performance modules.
  • Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT and associated modules.
  • Should have good communication skills and have experience in liaising with the client.
  • Should be ready to work late night to have 3-4 hours of overlap with PST based stakeholders.
  • Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must.
  • Should have minimum 1+ years experience with system implementations.
  • Must have done at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work.
  • Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
