Job Description

  • Strong technical skills in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Office 365 services.
  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, including customization, administration, and development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, covering collaboration, communication, and customization aspects.
  • Understanding of Exchange Online and associated email services.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance features within Office 365
  • Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.
  • Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams and following Agile processes.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of the Office365 platform, especially SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts understandably.
  • Proven track record in providing user support and coaching in a corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Creation of valuable content, such as blog posts, articles, tutorials, or videos related to Office 365
  • Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with the latest Office 365 advancements.
  • Contributions are recognized by the community, possibly through awards, nominations, or endorsements.
  • Hold relevant Microsoft certifications related to Office 365

Job Responsibilities

  • Coach and guide users in the effective utilization of the Office365 toolset.
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing out-of-the-box solutions, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to users for any issues related to the Office365 platform.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user competency in Office365
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Office 365 suite, including applications like SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
  • Promote and advocate for best practices in implementing and using Office 365
  • Build a network within the Office 365 community and collaborate with other professionals.
  • Engaging with the Office 365 community, answering questions, and sharing insights.
