Computer Science Engineering qualification (B. E. or B. Tech or MTech) from a reputed university.

Job Responsibilities
Coach and guide users in the effective utilization of the Office365 toolset.
Assist in setting up and optimizing out-of-the-box solutions, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint and MS Teams.
Provide prompt and efficient support to users for any issues related to the Office365 platform.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance user competency in Office365
Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Comprehensive understanding of Office 365 suite, including applications like SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
Promote and advocate for best practices in implementing and using Office 365
Build a network within the Office 365 community and collaborate with other professionals.
Engaging with the Office 365 community, answering questions, and sharing insights.
