Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering or non-IT Recruiter based in Gurugram. The Engineering Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and technical recruiting to connect companies with exceptional talent across tech and non-tech sectors.

Senior Non-IT Recruiter

  • Role: Handle recruitment for Non-IT roles across domains, strategize sourcing and engage with stakeholders.
  • Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment with proven expertise in volume and niche hiring.

Junior Non-IT Recruiter

  • Role: Support recruitment activities, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Requirements: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Domestic hiring experience required
  • 3+ Years of pure Engineering or non-IT recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Have good client connections
  • Knows how to use Naukri and other channels to source candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills:

  • For Non-IT Recruiters: Expertise in volume hiring, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Interviewing and Technical Recruiting experience
  • Ability to strategize and execute recruitment plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
