Job Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Network Engineer who is proficient in designing, implementing, and managing network solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SD-WAN, Zscaler applications (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), and firewall technologies from Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet. Experience with Meraki infrastructure and advanced knowledge of wireless technologies are essential. The candidate should also be well-versed in routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, and have experience with data center technologies like VPC, Nexus, or specifically Nexus 5000 (N5X) and Nexus 7000 (N7X).
- Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Configure and install software for SD-WAN OR Zscaler applications.
- Manage security solutions, including firewall and intrusion detection systems.
- Maintain and administer Meraki switches and wireless infrastructure.
- Ensure network security and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems.
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.
- Support and administer BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
- Manage VPC and Nexus series switches, focusing on N5X and N7X models.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN OR Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX).
- Familiarity with firewall configurations (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Experience with Meraki switches and wireless solutions.
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.
- Experience with VPC, Nexus, and specifically N5X and N7X models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
