Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation & MIS Executive who will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth product implementation, training stakeholders, and maintaining accurate data and reporting through MIS tools.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in implementation, MIS, or operations, preferably in SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client-facing situations professionally.
- Knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute client onboarding and product implementation processes.
- Conduct product training sessions for teachers, school admins, and staff.
- Serve as the point of contact for any implementation-related queries.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports related to implementation, usage analytics, client feedback, and issue tracking.
- Track user adoption and ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to address implementation gaps.
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting to internal and client stakeholders.
