We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Mobile, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics Retail industry.
Work Experience:
- Proven working experience of 10+ years in the Mobile / Telecom / Consumer Electronics Retail with a minimum of 2 years in a senior management role with a demonstrated track record of leadership and strategic execution.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Building: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Marketing Strategy & Planning: Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, with a strong focus on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning to drive the achievement of organizational goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in leveraging marketing analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making, optimize campaign performance, and drive actionable business insights.
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive national and regional campaigns to increase footfall and conversions across retail stores.
- Define positioning, messaging, and brand differentiation in a highly competitive market.
Retail Marketing:
- Plan and execute ATL/BTL activities, including in-store promotions, branding, outdoor media, print, etc.
- Coordinate with store operations to ensure execution of promotional activities at the ground level.
- Optimize store-level marketing performance tracking.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive online presence and sales.
- Track ROI on digital spends and continuously optimize campaigns for better returns.
Market Intelligence & Analytics:
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends. Analyse campaign results and retail data to guide decision-making.
- Present regular performance reports to leadership.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
