Job Description
- We centralize all of the alerts and notifications, so you never miss a thing.
- We route alerts to the right people at the right time, so you can respond quickly and effectively.

- We provide you with the insights you need to learn from incidents and prevent them from happening again.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to understand the architecture and systems generating alerts.
- Design and implement machine learning models for alert correlation to identify and group alerts stemming from the same root cause.
- Develop algorithms to prioritize and present correlated alerts to users, enabling efficient incident response.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of incident data to identify patterns and trends leading to root causes.
- Build machine learning models to automate root cause analysis, reducing manual effort and accelerating incident resolution.
- Work closely with Data Engineers to integrate data pipelines and ensure the availability of relevant data for analysis.
- Your models will have revolutionized the way production engineers manage major incidents through and dramatically reduced the downtime

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.
- You have proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- You have strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
- You possess a good breadth of algorithmic and data structures knowledge.
- You are research oriented and are able to grasp concepts and languages quickly.
