Job Description

Team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with Visual Designers, Graphic and Multimedia Designers, Instructional designs and others in the project team to ensure cohesive and innovative visual designs across projects.
  • Assist in defining and refining the structure of the visual design team in coordination with senior management.

Project Involvement :

  • Lead design efforts for medium to large-scale eLearning projects, ensuring adherence to visual strategy, learning objectives, and client requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members during the design phase, offering creative solutions and feedback.

Job Responsibilities

Client Interaction :

  • Participate in client meetings and discussions, providing insights and recommendations on design approaches and solutions.
  • Effectively communicate client requirements and expectations to the design team, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify and implement process improvements within the visual design team.
  • Contribute to the establishment of design standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

Skill Development

  • Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in eLearning design, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
