- Backend Developer Internship
- Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
- Work Type: Full Time
- Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend up to ₹ 40,000/month; 6-month internship followed by FTE opportunity based on exceptional performance.
- CTC after full-time conversion: ₹ 10–15 LPA + attractive ESOPs.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python backend applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code that powers our web applications.
- Constructing server-side logic using Python and related technologies, ensuring seamless integration with front-end elements.
- Implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend systems.
- Implementing robust security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Designing and implementing data storage solutions to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Optimizing performance, enhancing usability, and automating processes to improve overall system efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with fellow team members and stakeholders to understand and address business requirements effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Python, Fastapi, and Django frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration.
- Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures.
- Expertise in designing and implementing data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases).
- Proven track record of performance optimisation and system enhancement.
