Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Hybris developers in the design, development, and implementation of e-commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect scalable and high-performance e-commerce applications using Hybris and microservices architecture.
- Mentor and coach team members, guiding best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Hybris implementations and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in e-commerce technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
