Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-12 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand management and strategic planning.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that deliver results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and design.
- Strong analytical skills to use data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in the food or beverage industry, especially ice cream or desserts, is a plus.
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy:
- Create and execute a marketing strategy to boost brand awareness, drive sales, and build brand loyalty.
- Define target audiences, and key messaging, and select appropriate marketing channels.
Brand Development:
- Lead brand development to ensure consistency with company values and objectives.
- Manage brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.
Product Launches and Promotions:
- Plan and execute product launches, seasonal promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive excitement and sales.
- Collaborate with teams for smooth execution from concept to launch.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and online ads.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage new opportunities for consumer engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and consumer feedback to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
